I had the most problems with Pixiv but I didn't want to belittle your work, the extension is very good and very useful!
I can't say the size of the artist because pixiv doesn't show the number of followers
Are you sure the artist's Fanbox page on kemono has the same ID of the pixiv page? The ID should be the same in both of these urls:
"https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/[ID]"
"https://kemono.su/fanbox/user/[ID]"
If not, what is happening is probably that the artist has two separate pixiv pages.

The extensions fail in some situations, the artist does have a page on kemono and the extension points out that he doesn't have it, this needs to be fixed
