You might not have Allow User Scripts or Developer mode enabled in your chrome browser.
Go to https://www.tampermonkey.net/faq.php#Q209 and follow the steps to enable both of them
I've installed it in both Opera and Chrome. Both show up in Tampermonkey's active scripts. Unfortunately pressing T does nothing at all. I've added the listed information as a proxy.
