Remove Sankaku Iframes

Hopefully removes all ads from chan.sankaku

As soon as page loads it does a check for all iframe elements and removes the SRC from them thereby rendering them useless.
After that it does 0.5 second pings to check if any iframes have regained there SRCs.

Might fuck some things up, idgaf, I'll work on it later.
